Quality Sensory Homes can provide Support coordination as well as Specialist support coordinators who are experienced in supporting a higher-level for people who is in more complex situations. Our experienced support coordinators can help with understanding what your plan is, plan with you what supports you can get funded for and have the right people to be able to assist you with increasing your skills, and independent living as well as be included in the community or employment.

  • Help break down your plan and assist with connecting you with the suited funded supports to maximize your plan.
  • Coordinate meetings with yourself, the NDIA and service providers to manage your progress and outcomes
  • Training Carers and support workers to ensure the appropriate skills are utilized to help achieve your goals

We can support you to connect to the informal, mainstream and funded supports that will help you achieve your goals.
Your support coordinator can help you transition from school, find school holiday activities, explore your housing options, establish a circle of support, or help you find work or volunteering opportunities.
